Popcorn Balls

Every Halloween the balls came out.

Boo & her friend Suzy Kidd would band together to make these around Halloween. She literally would make our family brown grocery sack of them.

What you'll need:

4 cups of white sugar

1 1/2 cup water

1 1/2 cup white corn syrup

3t of salt (kosher is better)

1 cup of butter

Boil the above until it darkens - add 3t of vanilla. "4lbs of popcorn = 1 Laundry basket of full popped + uses 2 bunches of syrup"

That's all the card says. I'll assume you take the popped corn and use the boiled mess above as glue.
